PRIVACY STATEMENT:  We would never ever never provide anyone's email address or other personal information to any other entity.  In fact, we wouldn't know how to do it, even if we wanted to, which we don't.  If you send us an email, we will be happy to add you to our "E-Mailing List" to keep you updated on new products, etc.  We send, maybe, 1 email every month or two, and try to make sure they contain pertinent, usable information.  You can, of course, request removal from the list at any time.

Our Refund Policy is what you would want and expect from a quality company:  If you are not completely satisfied, happy, jubilent, etc. with our product, return it to us within 1 month of the date of purchase & we will refund the full amount!  It's like that guy in the polyester suit says, just before selling you a '65 Buick:  "Hey... If you're not happy.........we're not happy."
The Warranty for our products is 6 months from the date of purchase.  If you manage to actually break one of these things, under normal use, we will replace it free of charge.  (Some possible exceptions:  Steamrollers/Rototillers, Jackhammers, Firearms, any Nuclear Related Accidents, Spam Experiments, etc.)
The Details:  (1) Your credit card will not be billed until your product ships; (2) The words "Funk Logic Rack Accessories" will be shown on your Card Statement; (3) Sales are in U.S. Dollars and within the Contiguous United States of America, Planet Earth (for now, anyway); (4) Orders are shipped via UPS and shipping charges will vary slightly, depending on your location, size and service priority (typically about $3 to $5 for normal Ground delivery).  We ship any UPS service, i.e. Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, 1-Year, 2-Year, Afterlife (slightly extra charge for "Afterlife" Service & contingent upon your belief system).
