For those who haven't yet built your own little light assembly for your Funk Logic panels, the Meter Illuminator Light Kit is a very cool, very easy to install (+/- 43 seconds) alternative.  When switched on, it adds a whole new dimension of life to the meters (extremely believable)!

The MILK is a "uni-sex" design that works on both the DD-301 & AP-302 (though with different bulb configurations) and consists of a 9" PC board containing the necessary electronics, killer bulbs, etc., with a board-mounted rotary switch that replaces the old knob assembly on the respective model ("Comporator" on the DD-301 and "Imaginator" on the AP-302).  You can then adjust the light from the front panel knob to Off,   Half-Brightness   and   Full-Brightness, continually, all the way around, over & over, just like the original knobs.  We even designed-in the slight "classic edge shadows" you'll find on much of the older, decrepit, oh-so-beautiful sounding gear.

The MILK also gives you the option of lighting the inside-back of your rack for easier moments of re-patching .  It comes with two acrylic strips that can be attached in seconds to contain the massive amounts of raw, unharnessed photon power, or just leave them off & utilize the ambient light therefrom.
